If any in-kind support received by the donor from anywhere the material will be reached to the most deserving people (poor & destitute)to empower them as nation builders.
Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. The donation will be used for poor people and nation building. Aurobindo foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of request for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Aurobindo foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.
Aurobindo foundation also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. Aurobindo foundation may also consider that a donation is refunded even if not requested by the donor but was essential to be refunded to ensure compliance with provisions of the foreign Contribution Regulation Act("FCRA Act"),as amended from time to time.
Aurobindo foundation will examine each request of donation and endeavours to make the refund. Aurobindo Foundation may also seek further information/documents and donors must co-operate in this regard. However, Aurobindo Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may , in its discretion, decline any request for refined of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
If you would like your donation to Aurobindo Foundation to be refunded: You most request Aurobindo Foundation in writing or by email for a refund and your request most reach Aurobindo Foundation within 7(seven) working days from the date on which you made the ion online.
Foreign donations may require more working days for processing the refund.
The written request stating the reason for requesting the refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:

2.Donation amount,
3.Please provide receipt ID and transaction reference number for donations made online.
The decision to refund will be made by the finance team on review of the application. All decision of Aurobindo Foundation in this regard will be final and binding on the donor
The refund process may take time from 7 to 30 working days (Foreign donations may require more working days for processing the refund)
